  • MWF Vinyasa 12-1pm

  • MW Yoga Lounge 1:30-2:30pm

  • WF Soft & Slow 10:15-11:15am

  • Thursday Soft & Slow 12-1pm

Private Class Opportunities:

If you’re looking for a customized class to focus on your individual goals, a private class is the way to go. Steph has extensive experience guiding students into:

  • Breathwork to cultivate whatever energy helps you feel more harmonized (energizing, calming, grounding, etc.)

  • Meditation for beginners and advanced practitioners

  • Subtle alignment to enhance ease in the physical poses

  • Arm balances and inversions

  • Backbends

  • Powerful classes to build strength

  • Grounding classes to relax your mind
