This unique session is also open to the public for $25, inviting anyone seeking creative connection and inspiration to join us. Whether you’re writing, designing, painting, or brainstorming new ideas, the Creative Flow Lab is your opportunity to dive deep into your creative process with the support of a like-minded community.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding + Intention Setting: Each session begins with a brief meditation or exercise to help you drop into creative flow.

  • Focused Work Time: Enjoy a dedicated block of quiet time to make meaningful progress on your creative projects.

  • Sharing + Collaboration: Gain insight and inspiration as participants share breakthroughs, challenges, or progress. You’ll also have the option to give or receive supportive feedback.

  • Community Connection: Creativity flourishes in the presence of connection. The Creative Flow Lab is a space to build relationships with others on similar creative journeys.
